Take a look behind the scenes. Learn about the global impacts on local farming decisions, from El Nino weather patterns to Pakistani wheat prices. Explore how technology is being used to advance the farming industry, and see what traditional tools and practices still hold true. Witness the effects of crop rotation and conservation programs that return large parcels of farmland to natural habitat teeming with wildlife, from pheasants and coyotes, to burrowing owls and bobcats. Experience a different pace of life in the surrounding small, rural farming community.

Throughout your stay, enjoy the surrounding beauty of Eastern Washington with expansive views of rolling wheat fields, Snake River canyon, and the Blue Mountains in the distance. Dates: Select a two or three night stay during any of the "spotlight" seasons:
        Spring Seeding (March 1-11)
        Fertilizing (June 1-15)

        Fall Seeding (August 24-September 16)

Price: $450*/person (2-night); $575*/person (3-night)
*price based on double occupancy
